SMB Pro AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates smbproai.com (the “Site”) and provides AI consulting services. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email hello@smbproai.com and we'll answer plainly.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

When you book a discovery call through Calendly, send us an email, or sign a contract, you share information such as your name, email, company, phone number, and anything you choose to include in the conversation. We use this to schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and deliver the services you engage us for.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party providers may collect: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location. We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixels from advertising platforms) to understand how the Site is used, measure marketing performance, and improve content.

Information from third parties

We use vendors including Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Calendly, and Vercel. These vendors may collect data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule meetings

  • To run and measure advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (analytics, scheduling, hosting, email); (b) authorities when required by law; and (c) parties involved in a business transfer, such as an acquisition. Under engagement agreements, your operational data stays in your accounts unless you explicitly grant access.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, install ad-blockers, or opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Note that disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Engagement records are typically retained for seven years for tax and contract purposes.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated “Last updated” date.
